In order to provide such a wide array of products, we use several different distribution centers. Orders usually ship UPS, but occasionally FedEx or USPS will be used. Other delivery methods can be used, if requested. * Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org before completing your order online so we can arrange alternate shipping.
We pride ourselves on prompt and accurate shipping of all orders. Most orders will ship within 3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for personalized pet mats, and any hand-made items.
Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. Items with slightly extended delivery times will be notified by E-Mail.
Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Any return requests after 7 days will receive a store credit only. No return or refund after 14 days of receipt of shipment.
All Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have all tags attached.
If an item is damaged through shipping, we will gladly replace it at no extra charge. Information from the carrier documenting the damage will be required.
All refused/returned orders will result in a 25% restocking charge, plus shipping costs that were incurred (shipping charges are not refundable).

-Once we receive the shipping payment, we will ship the new correct size to you.
Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are back-ordered and you will be notified if the item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
Damaged Goods Policy
If for any reason the item(s) are damaged upon receivpt, we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace it immediately.
