Return Policy
All returns require a return authorization number
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective or wrong product sent
Products received damaged do not incur a restocking fee and all shipping is refunded
Returns that are due to an error in measurement by customer will incur a 15% restocking fee
Returns without a return auth number will incur a 20% restocking fee
Returns that are obviously in used condition will incur a 50% restocking fee
All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment date
